Information on returns and refunds

Products that qualify for returns (as defined in the General Conditions of Sale) can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the Products. 

The Products must be returned by courier to the “Attilio Zanetti” Jewelery shop – Piazza Giacomo Matteotti, 40, 37011 Bardolino VR

Before making a return or for any information, please contact us by email or by telephone at the references listed on the "Contacts" page.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, without signs of wear, in the original packaging and with the original labels attached, without damage, with all related accessories, free gifts (if any) documents (e.g. instruction booklet, certificates of product, warranty) and protective cases included.

The return of products that are not intact, altered, worn, damaged or dirty will not be accepted.

Products that have been personalized, modified or made specifically at the customer's request (custom-made items, with engravings, stones on request, personalized settings and any extra workmanship on catalog items) cannot be returned or refunded following payment, any disputes relating to customized products will be handled individually. 

The customer will be held responsible solely for any reduction in the value of the Products resulting from manipulation that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products themselves.

The above does not modify the customer's right to withdraw/cancel an order in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale.
